Hi Abhishek, In my point of view, sector 100 & sector 93 both are prime location . These are located very close to Noida-Greater Noida expressway. From connectivity point of view ,these locations are easy approach by bus,train & metro. In & around these two sectors , other sectors like Sector-104,105,,108,82,97,98,99,107 & 110. These sectors are coming in New Okhla Industrial development area.
@ abhishek, As per my knowledge, if you are searching 3 BHK ,area of 1300 sq-ft ,in around Sector 100 & Sector 93, in budget 60 lac,then it's little bit difficult to get. Because currently this sectors are well developed and 3 BHK of 1300 sq-ft area will touch around 85 lac to 1 lac on wards.
