Hi,

Is this property(land+apartment) A Khata. Do the builder provide OC and CC. Not much idea but how much is the delay in handing over apartment for other completed Bren Projects.

The project is launched and they are telling that the project will be completed by 2017. I heard that the project has got approvals from all the leading banks. Any idea about it?

Sarjapur Road and the surrounding areas have recently acquired the status of a high-tech city, with a number of reputed educational and medical institutions setting up their base within this corridor. With almost every amenity available around the corner, Sarjapur Road is achieving great heights in becoming a self-sustainable district.

Sarjapur Road is well connected by bus to most major transit points including Silk Board, Carmela Ram, Shivaji Nagar, Kempegowda Bus Station and the International Airport. Almost any other bus including the 342 series and the G3 pass through the Sarjapur Road and Total Mall bus stand. Auto-rickshaw stands are also frequently encountered.

The project is still in pre launch, no idea when they are planning to launch the project. The pre launch price going on in this project is Rs 5090.

The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4890. The price of 2 bhk apartment starts from Rs 60 lakhs on wards and 3 bhk starts from Rs 87 lakhs on wards.
