I would like to reiterate the purpose of an association or a forum - what benefits and advantages does the resident whether tenant or owner - are really attaining. Without a proper and professional approach and to provide a peaceful, joyful and harmonious way of living just paying maintenance and getting trouble is not a worthy way of living in a gated community.
