Q: why an association is required and what is the purpose of people forming as members in the association. Do they have any specific purpose, agenda to be delivered as an association/ forum.

Latest Answer: I would like to reiterate the purpose of an association or a forum - what benefits and advantages does the resident whether tenant or owner - are really attaining. Without a proper and professional approach and to provide a peaceful, joyful and harmonious way of living just paying maintenance and getting trouble is not a worthy way of living in a gated community.
