Yes this SEZ will improve the real estate market of west hyderabad. But I don't think we can completely say that these projects will led to growth and invest solely on that notion. It's also about when and in how long. Most of these projects take such a long time, so make sure you go in for long term investments.

There's an SEZ coming up in Gachibowli that costs about 1 lakh crore and this will generate lot of job opportunities. Property prices and real estate demand in this area is already high, but it will increase even further.

Most of east hyderabad is witnessing price appreciation now. Because of the airport in Shamshabad, prices went up like crazy. But now again prices have come down and have become stabilised.

Yes that's right! I bought property in Uppal recently and prices have appreciated by 8 to 12% after the metro rail project initiation. even in LB nagar it is like that.

Hey I suggest you invest in localities like Shamshabad, Shamirpet and Kompally because it is close to the airport. Or invest in Gachibowli, Hi tech city, or Miyapur because of the presence of numerous IT companies i this region.

There were so many delays with this metro project though. And there are still are. The civic authorities were finding it difficult to acquire land for the project.

Yeah but even despite that, many people started to buy homes next to the metro rail project. Land prices have already started increasing in places close to this project by 20 to 22% in 2013 itself.

ORR project is alsmost over :) Even PV Narasimha Road Elevated Expressway is almost done. Traffic congestion has known to be a problem in the past in Hyd. These expressways should hopefully make it much better.

Hey 2 new projects are 158 km long 8 lane Outer Ring Road and also metro rail. Connectivity in Hyderabad will improve a lot because of these 2 projects. it will be easy to go to other places.
