How much distance from main road. 3. high tension wire has gone this area. check the distance of the property from the wires. 4. When pre-launch offer will start or already started. 5. Current price per sqr ft. 6. Whether floor plan is finalized or not.
As far as I know it is Rs 3 lacs for a 2 bhk and Rs 5 lacs for a 3 bhk. I have done some market research and it seems it is one of the good project in Brookfield. Projected growth rate is 12% YoY :) :)
Brookefield is now officially a part of Bangalore city and it comes under BBMP. The area is developing slowly and steadly. The property prices are also touching the sky as well.
