Mk builder deals with disputed land. This project is also has issue. Builder is not resolving the issue and all flat investors are in trouble.

Hi Rajat, Land issue was not due to dispute of ownership, this was due to measurement reference. From east and west there was 5-7 feet difference and this issue is resolved in court. You can ask for the case copy from builder. Also as you should know that, this is very common tactics in Bangalore to extract more money by neighbours/landlord, since most of people are outside of Bangalore. Finally truth wins.

Hi Rajat & Venugopalan, This builder has been constructing small projects with 12 to 40 flats and has more than 15 such projects under his belt. Acknowledging his quality of construction and the integrity, the landowners have entered into this project with him and this is his first big project. Prior to this he had operated under individual banner and now is operating on MK Builders. He has another project under construction at Ramagondanahalli with around 65 flats. I know this as my company was involved in marketing his project to few corporates.

I got to know that the project will have 95 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 2800 and the project is known to be approved by BBMP.

Hello Rajat, MK Builders Pvt Ltd is new in the real estate market and MK Shir Sai Lake is their first project. There is hardly any information available about the project and the builder over the internet. I didnt get any website of the builder as well.
