Q: Hello. So I work in Gachibowli but there is no way I'm going to be able to pay rent here with these property rates. A lot of people have been telling me about Boduppal and how cheap the property rates are there. How is this locality in general? Do you think it is wise if I move here even though my office is elsewhere? Can I also know about the price trends of this locality?

Hi Thakur, I am suggesting Boduppal is the best place to buy because of the below factors, 1) It is near to Metro station you can easily move to anywhere. 2) It is Near to Pocharam has IT Corridor with Infosys 447 acres. 3) It is near to Outer Ring Road and also one hour journey to (Shamshabad)Ineranational Airport.

Uppal is a nice locality and has a lot of bungalows at a starting price of Rs 40 lakh and in Boduppal it is much cheaper, around Rs 25 lakh for a villa.
