Review about pragati developers in indore!

Q: I am planning to buy a plot in premium pride project by pragati developer indore,marketed by smb infra real estate ltd. indore.In their map,they have shown their project sanctioned by memo no. 9774 dated 20/12/13.
Is is safe to buy plot in this place.please tell me,im in deep confusion!!

They have still not given the posession which was promised in January 2016. Then they said they will give posesison in diwali and now they are saying March 2017. The project was also stuck in some legal issue.

Hi,
Premium Pride by Pragati Developer is a TNCP approved township and there is no legal issue till now. So, my advice to you once again verify all the legal documents from collector office, Indore, connectivity, basic facilities and infrastructural development in the locality and then you can go for that.

pragati developer..... they have 3 more project also, they work done good. i have also one plot in which one project.hope it will fine.
