I think Vatika has started its construction in floors, but I am not sure. Actually I found some construction images on Vatika Inxt site. Seeing those images, it seems its construction has started. I would like to suggest you to contact Vatika for more details

I think, this project has two blocks and three floors each. Brick work and plastering has completed in one block & expected possession is 2015 September.
The second block construction is in initial level. Here expected possession is 2 to 3 year.
