What is the super built up area of the apartments in this project? What are the USP of this project?

The project is located Near DLF Newtown, Akshayanagar Main Road, Bannerghatta Road. It has got approval from BBMP and banks like SBI, HDFC, Axis and PNB. The current price they are quoting is Rs 3500 per sqft.

Yeah I have heard about this project. It seems Suavity Otium is offering very spacious 2 bhk and 3bhk apartments.

One of my friend has seen the project and he found the project worth investing. Project location is fantastic and able to yield some good returns.

The price of a 2 bhk apartment will cost you around Rs 49 lakhs including everything. There will be 160 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhks. There will be 4 blocks with G+4 floor structure.
