FRAUD BUILDER

Q: BEWARE OF THIS SCHEME. BUILDER IS FRAUD!!

Recently I have booked flat on Diwali Homes. After that when I have completed my loan procedure and came back to builder he is asking for EXTRA money over our DEAL.

Builder is NOT trustable person.

Please do not buy any property from DB DEVELOPER.

Hi Jitendra,
In my point of view, you should discuss with builder regarding this extra charges. Is any thing about it mentioned in your sale deed , check you agreement paper carefully. Check in your payment plan is anything mentioned about extra charges. If not then you can talk with other buyers of this project. Then you can come up with some conclusion what to do....
