The project has been approved by BDA. There will be a total of 88 apartments, 36 units of 2 bhk and 52 units of 3 bhk. There will be 9 units of 2 bhk per floor and 13 units of 3 bhk per floor. 22 units per floor and it is a G+4 floor structures.
Hi Shandramohan, For the time being 2 bhk apartments are not available for sale in this project. Only 3 bhk apartments are available. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3150 and the price of a 3 bhk apartment starts from Rs 53 lakhs.
