Any idea about Metropolis Pristine?

Q: Have anybody booked apartment in Metropolis Pristine, Electronics city Bangalore? Any idea whether SBI is providing loan for this property.

The expected completion date of the project is by June 2015. Advantages of Electronic City Phase I are as follows: 1) Phase I is that proper street lights, shops are there and the roads are also better when compared to EC Phase 2.

2) After two to three years you can expect good appreciation in Ananthnagar as the area is developing but in electronic city appreciation is dwelling high on every quarter.

3) One can expect good rent in EC Phase I as 75 percent of IT guys stays at Phase 1.

I can't find this project in SBI approved list. Also there is no SBI approval letter provided. Is there anyone who already availed loan from Sbi for this project?

I am not sure about that but the sales person told me that the project has got approval from SBi bank as well.

Who has approved the project? How many units and what is the structure of the project?

The project has been approved by BDA. There will be a total of 88 apartments, 36 units of 2 bhk and 52 units of 3 bhk. There will be 9 units of 2 bhk per floor and 13 units of 3 bhk per floor. 22 units per floor and it is a G+4 floor structures.

I am looking for a 2 bhk apartment for my family . Is there any 2 bhk apartments available in this project? What is the price they are quoting?

Hi Shandramohan, For the time being 2 bhk apartments are not available for sale in this project. Only 3 bhk apartments are available. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3150 and the price of a 3 bhk apartment starts from Rs 53 lakhs.
