Hi ALL,
From what I have also heard that the Builder has a good reputation, though the delivery of the projects have been delayed in the past but the projects have been handed over..I have booked a shop in this project and am keeping my fingers crossed. I feel the location is a big advantage.

As per my knowledge ,this project construction is on full swing. Expected possession is 2018 Jun. This project is in a prime location close to Pataudi road & Delhi- Gurgaon Express way. If you are planning to invest ,then it's a good time & good deal. You can get 1 BHK apartment , area of 650 sq-ft ,around 45 Lac.

As per my knowledge , it is a mix project of commercial & residential. From Ground floor to 3rd floor is for retail shop. 4 th floor is for Official use . From 5 th to 12 th floor is completely studio apartment. It is a HUDA approved project. ICICI & HDFC banks are approving loans for this project.
