Okey, The price which you mentioned here is a Direct Payment Plan Scheme in which you have to pay only Rs.10000 as a booking amount and rest of the 90% amount within 45 days whereas in construction link plan you have to pay Rs. 1 lac as a booking amount and at the time of booking you have to pay rest of the amount equivalent to 20% and further amount on construction phases.
