Q: I am planning to buy a flat at Kinjal paradise, sector 35 D, Kharghar. does anybody from the forum have any idea about the builder and quality of work. how reliable is the builder it is a joint venture between dolphin enterprise and sunrise enterprises

This project offers 2 BHK & 3 BHK luxurious & spacious apartment ,area ranging from 1337 sq-ft to 1678 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 8000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2014. I got to know that HDFC Bank & ICICI Banks are providing loan to this project.
