Q: Hello. I'm thinking about getting an apartment in this project called Nile Valley in Miyapur. Is the area nice? Also what sort of facilities will I get? What are the prices like? Any info would help. Thanks!

Hey for a 2bhk , size ranges between 980 to 1060 square feet. For a 3 bjk it ranges between 1345 to 1500 square feet. So yes, quite spacious!

Miyapur is very nice place to stay in Hyderabad. But then I don't like the roads at all. There is only one road offering connectivity here to other places, and before you reach ORR, there is so much traffic that I just don't feel like driving.

Yeah their ultimate goal is to produce homes that are both luxurious and affordable. You will experienc ethat with the nile valley project for sure.

I really like the builders actually. Janapriya builders have known to make very good residential projects in the past, atleats over 21000 of them.

There are quite a number of facilities here like swimming pool, gym, club house, park, indoor games and an amphitheatre.

3 bank approvals are there for this project, namely HDFC bank, ICICI bank and Axis bank.

The price per square feet is 3000 bucks. Which is very affordable considering Miyapur is one of the posh localities of Hyderabad, it is hard to find such affordable property rates.

This project is spread over 25 acres and has all the good facilities. Miyapur is a very nice area to live in, it has all the infra facilities and good connectivity

Hey you'll only get 2 and 3 bhk apartments in nile valley. And miyapur is very good locality.
