Poor quality of delivery

Q: Raunak group do not deliver what they promise. In my case the WC was used by their labours and the condition was so bad that you cannot enter into the flat. They are not ready to change it as well. While inspection many things which are basic; were not done properly. There was no response from group after escalating the matter. I even doubt about their capabilities. So please think before you take any decision.

I wish to know how is water supply now in August 2016!? Has it improved!?

no the conditions remain the same we are getting only 3 hours of water per day

Hi...I AM A RESIDENT OF RAUNAK CIRY ..raunak city can be called water starved society,
You will get fancy club house gym and everything you required except water..
Just to clarify water doesnot come everyday KDMC WATER COMES ONCE IN 2 DAYS for 10 min WITH SUCH A QUALITY THAT YOU CAN'T DRINK from tab and the pressure is so low that it will not reach to your water purifier..
Since there is no boring water hence the tablets have been called for washroom waters however they are so smelly it seems they have been called from some STP PLANT.
YOU CAN PURCHASE DRINKING WATER FROM NEARBY SHOPS.
IF YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT WATER PLS BUY..OR ELSE REFRAIN FROM SUCH PROPERTIES..

THERE ARE UMTEEM PROPERTIES WHICH HAS GOT SUFFICIENCT WATER SUPPLY IN KALYAN MERELY PUTING THE BLAME ON NATURE AND KDMC IS GONNA HELP.

Before selling builder promised ample of water supply..saying facilities of boring and KDMC ..now they say no facility of boring possible ..how are residance near by have boring facilities and not Raunak city...resident of Raunak city face 20 minUtes of water supply a day...where supply time is not fixed...very bad property...woyld not recomend anyone to buy this property

Well Mr.Bose there is shortage of water all over kalyan by KDMC , Just to make you correct the water timing are 6am-9am and 6pm - 9pm . which is enough if resident use it smartly

timing is ok but water should come during that period . water only comes for 5-10 min and in some flats they not even get water

When I booked Flat - built-up area was 535 , later they changed to 555 saying it was calculation mistake (they did not charged me extra ) & now when i was suppose to take possession they charged me maintenance for built-up are 575 .
