Charges for Gym/Swimming pool

Q: Is charges for gym/swimming pool included in regular maintenance charges (or charged separately like that of Assotech Windsor).

maintenance charges include cleaning of gym, swimming pool, car parking etc. No need to pay extra for individual onces.

Hi Tilak,
as per my knowledge, gym, swimming pool are coming under basic amenities of this project. Yeah i think regular maintenance charge will cover up these things.
