Hi,
I have a 1BHK 385 sq-ft. carpet, 510 sq-ft built up in Lower Parel (E). It is one minute walking distance from both Lower Parel (E) and Currey Road (W) station. The building is 12 years old. Two-wheeler parking is covered. 24 hour water, Lift, security and cctv. How much can I expect out of this flat? Plz. advice.

You can expect anywhere between Rs 85 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore depending upon the amenities available and view from the building. As you have mentioned that your building is 12 yrs. old.
