Q: what should i do ??i have a 3 bhk flat in ats kokoon project sector 109 i bought @6000per sq feet, i am getting calls from the brokers and clients @6400.whats the scope of this property if i take a period of 1 year?? should i hold it or sell it???

As per my knowledge, this project is just 3 Km away from Delhi. When the expressway work will finish ,definitely this area will have high demand for rent. Expected return from this project after 1 yr will be around 500/sq-ft to 1000/sq-ft. As this project possession is around December 2016, I hope it will reach around 7000/sq-ft.

Hi Mr Dhawan,
My opinion is you hold this project. No need to resale now. Project is situated in Most Prime location of Gurgaon. Definitely the sq-ft price, value of land will increase. According to me, when this project launched it had 4000/sq-ft price. Now it reached 6000/sq-ft or 6400/sq-ft. So why selling now? You can hold it for 1 yr.
