As per my knowledge, ATS Kocoon is a premium gated residential community in a most prime residential location of Gurgaon that is sector 109 ,launched by ATS Group. This project located very near to Dwarka expressway . This location is a upcoming residential hub of Gurgaon. ATS Kocoon is a gated residential project of 444 homes, designed by the renowned architect Hafeez Contractor.

Hi,
As per discussion with builder executive, I came to know that,this project spreads across 12 acres (approx.) of land. This a HUDA approved project & Indiabulls has approved loan for this project. This project is coming with spacious,luxurious 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment, area ranging from 1745 sq-ft to 3045 sq-ft.

Yes I completely agree with you guys, as per my knowledge, this project offers world class amenities like swimming pool, club-house, Gym, parks, sports zone, Gardens , Power Back Up,Kids Play Area, Tennis & Badminton court, Jogging Track & Shopping Facility.
From security point of view, Video surveillance system, Perimeter Security and Entrance lobby Security with CCTV cameras with Fire prevention, suppression, Detection and alarm system as per fire norms are provided.

Hi Ramneek the price they are quoting is Rs. 6400 as BSP and they have payment plans also like CLP and Down Payment. See take any of the payment plan and this project is very good for investment and end use. Yes but you have to pay the parking charges and club charges additionally.

As per my knowledge,ATS Kocoon is a superb luxurious apartment project in Sector-109,Gurgaon. Builder quoted price is 8000/ sq-ft. This project possession is October 2015.

ATS Kocoon is located in Sector 109 and I agree the builder is very good and they are offering 3 and Bhk with a sq ft size ranges between 1745 sq ft to 3045 sq.ft.
