Can I buy a Flat in Delhi in my own name(or Spouse's Name) , If i already own a Flat in Delhi in my own name?

Q: Sir/Ma'am , I am Currently living in Dwarka,New Delhi in a Society built on land provided by DDA. This Apartment is in my Name.

The Company of which i am an employee is coming up with its own Society in New Delhi on a land Given by DDA. Can i Buy buy another Apartment in this Society in My own Name?
(Because i have heard that one can hold only 1 Property in Delhi in his own Name)
If I cant own it , Then Can I Buy the Flat in My Spouse's Name?
(Because I also heard that one Pair can own only 1 Property in Delhi)
If not , Then can I Buy it in my Son's Name ?
(My Son is 20 Years old , Still Studying and will Not earn in next 4-5 years)

Hi,
As you mention that u do not purchase two unit in same society in Delhi DDA. it is better to take unit in your wife but there is certain condition / eligibility of your wife.kindly take legal advise.
