As per my knowledge, Payment Schedule of Loyal Aishwarryam is like :-
Booking Advance- 10%,
On sale & construction agreement-10%,
On Registration within 40 days of booking- 35%,
On Commencement of Foundation- 10%,
On Commencement of Roof Level (Respective floor) - 10%,
On Commencement of Brick Work (Respective floor) -10%,
On Commencement of plastering (Respective floor) 10%,
On notice of possession- 5%.

This project is located in Ambattur ,which is one of the most prime residential & decent locality. Ambattur is known as an commercial as well as residential hub in Chennai. Many infrastructures are under construction & many are already developed.
