Latest Answer: Hi Mr Naidu, In my opinion, those consumers who are able to pay such an quantity like these central localities as they're near city center, coupled to all or any vital areas of town and have all basic facilities like colleges, hospitals, banks, ATMs etc. Whereas earlier consumers were hesitant to appear for property here as a result of most of the homes and flats were previous, the re-development wave has modified the situation utterly.

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, Like Chandra said , some time it depends on area. I will comment that , DTCP is the town and country planning authority, it is vested with the powers to approve any building plans and layouts. Panchayat does not have the power to approve any layouts. Patta is an extract issued by the register of land holdings maintained usually at the office of the concerned Tehsildar.

Latest Answer: Sir, I have received Allotment letter from SRS Project P Ltd Sector-84, Faridabad to continue to invest with them by alloting me a 2 BHK flat at 15th Floor which has carpet area 475 Sq. Feet and Balcony area 100 Sq. Feet and i have heard there are very little chance to get appriciation in these area and advised me to surrender it. Please suggest what should i do.Thnking you in advance. Anil Kumar Delhi
