Hi all, That's really a good news for all the investors and buyers of the Hiranandani Palce Garden, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Hopefully NH can quickly build up development of the rest of the project and deliver the project in a timely manner.
Thanks yours. So given the case m/s Persipina will henceforth raise demand letters & become signatory for legal documents. Hopefully all should conclude safely.
I heard this news like 4-5 month ago. Yes, you are right, as the overseas investors have refused to recapitalizes the project firms with the capital needed, the banks have taken this action to protect themselves and their customers. The buyers are protected in Panvel as is clear in the notice.
Hi Mr Rana, Yes, lalit you are correct. Banks had accepted Hirco's request for the sale of the flats in Hiranandani Palace Gardens and granted a no-objection certificate on the condition that the entire sale money would be put in an escrow account to be maintained by the banks, a commitment which Hirco failed to honour, the Times of India report stated.
