Ambal Nagar / Delhi Babu Nagar in Pallikaranai :- are they good ? our nearest relative want to buy half ground with

Q: house in one of these nagars. If any one knows about these two nagars, please tell us. we hear lot of water bodies in pallikaranai that will worsen the soil quality. Also we hear that marshy land adjacent areas in balaji nagar and sai vignesh nagar are for govt. acquisition. and in alamelu mangapuram nagar, lands marked for housing board. Is there any acquisition by Govt. in Ambal Nagar and Delhi Babu nagar? any other precautions to be taken?
Kindly enlighten us.

One of the fastest growing residential areas in India, Pallikaranai is a hot favourite destination for investors.Located in South Chennai, the locality is in close proximity to the OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road), which is one of Chennais biggest IT/ITeS corridors.
