Youngsters prefer 2 bhk over 1 bhk unit in Bangalore
Q: I am bit confused about the real estate trend in Bangalore. In all the metro cities home buyers prefer small homes which is affordable and easy to maintain but in Bangalore it is just the opposite. Why so?
With 2 BHK apartments offering all the required features to buyers at relatively affordable rates compared to higher configuration units, it would be a wise decision to invest in a 2 BHK apartment. While end-users can expect world-class facilities in future, investors can get healthy returns.
In Bangalore real estate market, the demand for 2 and 3 bhk apartment is more but the demand for 2 bhk apartments registered a demand of 54% which is equal to the supply in the market.
2 bedroom apartments are pretty much in demand because people like to take 2BHK for rent and this is easily resold. One among the fastest growing area in Banaglore many residential properties are also coming up and even Koramangala.
The main reason why people in Bangalore prefer to go for 2 bhk apartment and not 1 bhk is the negligible difference in the sizes of 1 and 2BHK units as compared to other metropolitan cities. :) :)
Home buyers in Bangalore don't have an issue upgrading to 2BHK units and shell out a little more as in future it gives a better opportunity or you can say benefits while selling or renting.
