There is hardly a question in the matter, as an NRI I would opt to invest in Bangalore, as it has greater potential and is the hub of all big business houses. Bangalore is the IT capital of India and houses the headquarters of some of the best MNCs. The best developers have premium projects in Bangalore. I chose to invest with Mahindra Lifespaces, they didnt just help me book a place in their new project Windchimes, but also assisted me along the way.
Bangalore is a burning with potential and for NRIs it is easier to invest in and get great returns overtime.

The ASSOCHAM conducted a random survey and from the survey it is found that interest for buying property by NRIs have increased by over 30-35 per cent over the last year.

The survey reveals that the majority of real estate developers said the NRI traffic is coming primarily from the UAE, U.S., Singapore, Australia, UK, Canada and South Africa. This year, the demand is more for the high-end property and commercial buildings.

I fee these are the two reason why NRI prefer to invest in Bangalore. First they tend to buy in their native cities and towns and secondly they try to invest in those cities that show the most growth potential in terms of job creation and the ensuing demand for properties.

According to the report, Bangalore is the most favored property investment destination for NRIs, followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Goa, Delhi, and Dehradun. NRI investments in Indian realty may rise by 35 percent in 2014.
