Hi, As per my understanding of real estate of Pune cities, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has become one of the most promising areas for property appreciation in Pune. The main reasons for this: a) PCMC is a developing area, which means that property rates are still lower than in fully developed areas. b) Location is still developing, a lot of new infrastructure is being put in. c) Infrastructure is one of the prime influencers for property appreciation
PCMC residential real estate is being thoroughly planned via the PCNTDA (Pimpri Chinchwad New town improvement Authority) is making sure that improvement is intently monitored. Because the PCNTDA follows a master plan for the development of residential assets in PCMC, each region gains maximum investment value.

I wanted to know the infrastructure facilities of Pimpri-Chinchwad. How is the civic facilities in the locality? Do you think that the development of Satellite City in Pimpri-Chinchwad will impact the realty market of Pune?
Well Krishnendu, How is the connectivity of Pimpri - Chinchwad? Which are the important highways passing through the area? How far is the Pimpri - Chinchwad Railway Station and Pune International Airport from?
As far as its connectivity is concerned it is well connected to the city center as well as some major roads passing through it. Important highways passing through the area are Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Mumbai-Pune Bypass Road, Old Mumbai-Pune highway as well as Pune-Nashik Highway.

Is the Pimpri - Chinchwad the only satellite city in Pune? Which are the other cities that comes under Pune Metropolitan Region? How is the connectivity of this locality to the rest of the neighboring areas? Which are the major micro market of Pimpri - Chinchwad?
@Vatsa,
Yes, Pimpri - Chinchwad is the only Satellite City that has been developed in Pune with emphasis given to reduce congestion the city as well as encourage hospitable living. It is located about 16 km away from the heart of the city, along its north-western border and is part of the Pune Metropolitan Region. It is considered as the "twin city" of Pune and consists of many other towns as well. They include Pimpri, Chinchwad, Bhosari, Nigdi, Sangavi and Moshi. Collectively, they are governed by a common municipal body called the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). It includes many reputed micro-markets such as Pimpri, Chinchwad, Pimple Gurav, Pimple Saudagar and Pimple Nilakh, among others.
Hello Vatsa, Satellite cities provide most of the infrastructure facilities available in the main city, at the same time various advantages that you would not experience in the main city. These are better planned than the main city and also provide employment opportunities for job searcher interested in settling there. Most importantly, it make easier and roomy living due to the availability of large land in the nearby. For this reason, you are fit to find a large nos of villas and independent houses compare to apartments.
Hi, Satellite Cities an urban idea, it make possible de-congestion of the main city, besides help out it of many disadvantages inborn to town living. They include issues like population boom, traffic congestion, garbage disposal, road and infrastructure maintenance of important facilities, among others. At the same time it make easy migration of inhabitant from the main city to the satellite city, it also inspire people living in surrounding areas to roam to the satellite city.
