Hi Mr Suresh , As per my knowledge, this is a developed sector in Greater Noida. All daily basic amenities like school, college, hospitals & banks are near by this sector. Sector 1 is showing some improvement last 2-3 years. Many infrastructure are developing which are having direct or indirect impact on the residential market price of this sector.
Hi Suresh , In my point of view, if you will notice in year 2013 January-March , the average residential market price of this sector had around 2950/sq-ft. As of now this average residential price is around 3500/sq-ft. Yes there has been some improvement in this price but still not satisfactory . If there will be some more infrastructural development will happen , then there are chances of more capital appreciation.

So in my point of view, this is a nice deal for end user & investors.
