Q: Please suggest me if Patel Colosus is good investment? Though the plan looks good, but i heard that work is stopped. I am keen investing in this Project. But some of my friends are advising not to do so. According to them Project started more than 2 years before in 2012 but still 2 slabs are completed and work is halted. Please advise whether this is bad choice ?

If i see Patels web site possession date is Dec 2015. I came to know it is delayed by 1 year and it is now Dec 2016. But as per above conversation, it is further delayed Dec 2017 :)
