Hey there are many options for residential homes in Uppal. Recently it has become a fast developing residential locality, just buzzing with life and activity. You should also check out Sri Nivas Heights, Prashanti Nagar Welfare Association, and Sai Krishna Enclave. property prices here may be more affordable. and even they have very good amenities.

Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights is well connected because of the Vijaywada Highway. The property is quite big, it stretches on for close to 6 acres. and there's so much greenery around, which is very nice to enjoy from the balconies of the apartments. yes, all in all, seems like a very nice place :)

It is the right time to invest in Uppal. Property prices are affordable, but very soon with all the development and new projects, the prices will soon appreciate. and investing in Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights is a good idea because it is a stable option that will fetch you high returns. Lot of commercial establishments surround this project so property demand is quite high here.

I think for families, Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights is perfect! It has all the important facilities and is quite affordable. the property is located in uppal also, so lot of good school are there around like PRM school and St Marks High School. This project is only 450 m from Seven Hills Colony Bus Stop.

Hey, I don't think the bank approvals are out yet. But I know that the project is GHMAC approved, so that's great. Property prices are sure to rise in Uppal because it is located very close to the Warangal highway, which is currently being developed as an SEZ.

these apartments are bit interior and main problem i see is water problem thts gorund water poluuiton of musi river. normally i see blackish color comes form that area. 2700 is very high seeing the conditions and its almost 2-2.5 kms interios to main road and also posession in 2016. we need to travel among nagole as there is no shortcut to uppal due to musi.

I don't think the apartments in Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights are too spacious. see, for a 2bhk apartment, the size is approx around 980 square feet. for a 3bhk apartment, the size ranges between 1550 to 1565 square feet. and the price per square feet is Rs 2700.

Hey, Rs 2700 is quite affordable for Hyderabad standards. And Uppal is a prime locality in Hyderabad so it is definitely worth it. The project has all the important facilities like security, maintenance, power back up, and medical aid. apart from that, there is a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court and basket ball court.

Hey I don't think these apartments are ready to occupy as yet. the possession date is only from april 2015. but the prices are listed and it costs anywhere between 26 to 42 lakhs for an aprtment here. lot of good faciltiies are available here like swimming pool and gym. not too sure about the bank approvals though.

So the builders for this project is Apurupa Infrastructures Pvt Ltd and they've launched other residential projects in Hyderabad before. you can trust their design because they're quite well reputed. But only 2 and 3 bhk apartment units are avaiable in this project.
