Latest Answer: so, the apartments sport a 24hr. back-up, full time security and intercom facilities.I checked out the possession dates on the internet and it says the possession of flats started from Dec, 2014. The project is approved and for home loans you can contact LIC Housing Finance Ltd and HDFC bank loans.

Latest Answer: Hey, i think this gated community has many facilities inside. Some of them I know are a solar fencing around the compound of the building, a club house, modern a/c gym, generator backup for power cuts, medium sized swimming pools, children's play area as well as tot-lot etc.

Latest Answer: i think they provide good amenities also in this apartment. I heard that the project also includes a swimming pool, a club house and a gymnasium in this. There are also other facilities like a garden, play area for the children, 24 hours backup, intercom, rain water harvesting, and indoor games.
