Hebbal, that's augured well for the promising locality. Hebbal forms an intersection point for all the roads that lead to the airport. Several residential projects are also under development in and around the locality. IT professionals, old and young, typically book these apartments so they can move closer to the technology center.

I am looking forward to book a property here. How much is the booking amount in this project? Is there any issue in this project?

You have to pay 10% of the total cost as the booking amount. There is no issue in this project but the only con here is that the apartments are bit smaller in size :)

What is the rate per sqft going on in this project? Has the project got all the necessary approvals?

Currently the rate per sqft going on here is Rs 5690. The project has got approval from BDA and all the leading financial institutions.

I am planning to give my 2 bhk for rent. How much rent I can expect or how much appreciation I can see if I am selling it off?

You can expect around Rs 17,000 rent per month for your 2 bhk approximately. Last year the locality has seen around 8.9% sale price appreciation. If you are planning to sell you apartment you can wait for sometime and sell it off.

The price of the apartments in Mantri Energia starts from Rs 69.98 lakhs. The porject is expected to get completed by end of 2018. Connectivity is quite good like Hebbal Flyover - 4.4 kms
Esteem Mall - 4.7 kms
Columbia Asia Hospital - 5 kms

Mantri Energia offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The pre launch price they are quoting is Rs 5590 per sqft and Rs 30 floor rise. The project is located next to Mantri Lithos and it is spread over 8.25 acres of land. There will be 6 towers and a total of 1200 units.

The size of the apartment ranges from 965 sqft to 1335sqft. The project offers amenities like Basket Ball Post, Outdoor Exercise Area will be designated within the property, Children's Play Area, Open Amphitheater / seating steps, Outdoor party area with barbeque pits, Multipurpose court, Jogging / walking trail planned around the perimeter of the property and Swimming pool with toddler's pool
