what is mean by 1600 sqft on registry and 1400 sqft on RL plot.
Q: I am planning to purchase residential plot in Nagpur city and I have identified one. Plot is 1600 sqft on registry and 1400 on RL. What is the meaning of this. If I purchased this plot shall I be the owner of 1600 property or 1400 sqft property.
HI, An important factor when planning for drainage or road is knowing the rise or fall of the allotment that you are preparing for. This will allow you to calculate the heights or depths of drains and excavations to enable the flow of water to the legal drainage outlets.
Hi Harsh, RL stands for Reduce Level. It means you will be the owner of 1600 sq-ft property but you have to construct the house/flats within 1400 sq-ft. 200 sq-ft you have to leave for the road. But the registration will be made for 1600 sq-ft.
