Kalpataru Crest and Kalpataru Hills is a couple of other projects from Kalpataru Group in Mumbai. The current ongoing residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 18000-20000/sq-ft.

As far as locality is concerned all the basic necessities such as KVK School Ghatkopar West- 1.37 kms, Shakuntala Maternity And Surgical Home- 0.29 km, Santacruz East Railway Station- 9.30 kms, R City Mall- 0.88 km, National Bank for Agricultural And Rural Development within the doorstep.

Kalptaru Aura is a ready to move project and only few flats are available in resale value. The cost of 2BHK from 1143-1224 sq-ft will cost around Rs. 2.05 Cr. to Rs. 2.20 Cr. and for 3BHK from 1350-1360 sq-ft will cost approximately Rs. 2.43 Cr. to Rs. 2.44 Cr. The current price is Rs. 18000/sq-ft.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, SBI, HSBC, IDBI, ICICI etc. have approved this project.

You are absolutely right. At least traffic problem should be avoid because all the tier-I and II city has the same issue. It is a fully equipped project having all the basic facilities and modern amenities. The project offers 2BHK apartments spread over built-up area of 1143-1224 sq-ft. and 3BHK apartments spread over built-up area of 1350-1360 sq-ft.

The property in Ghatkopar West is within close proximity to various commercial destinations like Bandra-Kurla Complex, MIDC, SEEPZ, Powai, Vikhroli, and popular malls, multiplexes and hospitals. If you are getting all the basic necessities near your home, so that much you have to bear. Now a days all the developed city/town has to face traffic congestion issue.
