this is a third class project, 23 n 32 units on each floor, compromising construction qlty, only one wash room, weird employees n policies. the other project given by developer is pathetic. go for some reputed developer.

Hi Sujan, Recently I got to know from builder that possession of this project is around 2016 December. Builder is putting price around 2300/sq-ft. But this price will change according to floors. Ground floor is around 2300/sq-ft. But 2nd & 3Rd floor will be around 2200/sq-ft. This is a G+14 floor multistory apartment project.
