The existing property prices in the locality is Rs 13500 to 14000/sq-ft. The housing demand has increased here in the last few years due to the good connectivity and infrastructure. The area is well-connected to the Western Express Highway and the SV Road and is in close proximity to the domestic and international airports.

Hi Vineet,
All the flats of this project have been sold out. Better, talk to the builder if there is any in builders floor or you can contact the brokers of that locality.

The cost of a 2BHK flats will be Rs.1.45 Cr. all exclusive. Currently, the construction work is going on in full pace and it is expected that owner will get their possession in December'2015.
