Guyss, i too came to know about Sai Amaranta. It is located in a good area in Coimbatore. Though it is very near to the city area, the setting is very peaceful. It can also be a perfect choice for retirement plans too. You can also get the bank approval fast. It has been approved by major banks like ICICI, Axis bank, SBI and HDFC.

True, the price is reasonable, but i don't see that the flats are very spacious. The area of a 2 bhk is 950 to 1145 sq.ft and that of a 3 bhk ranges from 1270 to 1430 sq.ft. That's not so great. but yes, there are some good facilities that are provided. Rainwater harvesting and a beautiful garden are some among them. Also there are ample recreational facilities for children like play area, indoor games, and basketball.

Hey, Sai Amaranta is a good apartment if you are planning to stay around Podanur. The property is expected to be ready for possession on dec 2014. I am not so sure about the amenities provided by Sai Amaranta. But I know that the present price per square feet is Rs 3000. That's quite reasonable.
