Q: Hi guys, can anybody tell me more about Manchester Sitara apartment that is located in Thaneerpandal, Coimbatore. I am from Kerala, and am planning to move to Coimbatore after my marriage. True, the facility provided by Manchester Sitara is excellent. The basic amenities offered by the project include a community hall, a garden, play area, gymnasium, and security. Moreover, i could understand that the location is very close to educational institutions as well as hospitals. So, this could be taken for an ideal place to live.

As for the pricing for the apartments, i dont see any fancy numbers here. These are extremely reasonable taking into account the luxury provided. You can buy a 2 bhk starting from 39.82 lakhs and a price of 3 bhk starts from 65 lakhs. "

Hi there, Manchester Sitara can be a good choice for you to move in with your spouse. The apartment has a superior design that conforms to IS 1893 and IS 4326. It also has some good educational institutions and hospitals nearby. So, best of luck and welcome to Coimbatore :)
