Hi everyone. This place will have less than 100 units housed in here. This project has been under construction for a while now so it will still take some time to be completed. The expected possession date will be from the July of this year.

The developers of this project are called Sri Hari Om Developers and are based in Vilankurichi area of Coimbatore. The project is built in an area of about 0.15 acres THe project has just one block with a total of 5 floors in it.

Hello. There's been an update on the pricing factor of the apartments here. The prices will go from about Rs. 45.32 lakhs to about Rs. 48.40 lakhs. I feel that these prices are pretty reasonable for the locality that it is in.

You should know that all the apartments in the Sri Hari Daffodils are all 2bhks. so if you’re specifically looking for 3bhks only, you won’t get that here. Otherwise, it is a good investment choice from every other angle. The apartment sizes are 1030 sq. ft. and 1092 sq. ft. They all have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a dining cum kitchen space with a utility room, a living room and balcony. The larger apartments have two balconies.

Hey, this location is very good for those working in the Tidel Park. So If your office is there, then you can go ahead and buy the apartment in Sri Hari Daffodils. This is one of the key residential areas in the cities, and real estate prices are bound to appreciate here. Even if you decide not to occupy the apartment, you can always rent it out. Since it is near so many IT offices, you will find plenty of prospective tenants for the flat.

I agree. The locality is very well maintained and clean. The Sri Hari Daffodils project is also a good investment choice. Anybody who is working in the Tidel Park will have an added advantage if they live here, since it is located just behind the Tidel Park. The apartments in the Daffodils are all 2 BHKs, with their area ranging between 1030 and 1092 square feet. The square foot price is a bit on the steeper side, mainly because of the prime location. It is Rs 4600/sq. ft.

The locality of Thaneer Pandal is slowly developing. Some good residential projects have been launched here. It is just 5km away from the Avinashi Road, 3km away from the Coimbatore International Airport. The locality is pretty good. If you have children then you can always send them to the local schools, like GRG Matriculation School, Chandrakanti Matriculation School, etc. The Hope College is also in this locality only. This is mainly a residential area so I think you’ll be quite comfortable in living here.
