As per investment point of view any area in MMR near 5400-6000/sq-ft has potential to grow in the future.It depends upon the need and time horizon. If you want to stay immediately, it may not be profitable but if it is for investment point of view and you have longer time horizon, then it is surely a good bet.

The Government of Maharashtra has made MSEDCL responsible for the distribution of electric power in the area, which includes the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC).

Stamp Duty - 6% and Registration Fee - 1% of the market value or agreement value, subject to a maximum of Rs. 30000.

The Thane Municipal Corporation is responsible for water supply in the city.
