So please clarify that if we purchase flat in elmore, then what is our building type as per commencement and occupancy certifcate

Before paying the money take everything in writing as I am a victim of there attach I had cancelled the flat in October 2016 due to delay in possession but still I unable to get back my fund.
I can infer that the area may have good potential to develop. But i am wondering the time frame. How much time it will take to witness some decent development. 7-10 years can be a long duration in terms of growth. Unless the area develops rapidly, livability will be difficult.

Hi Sandeep, I think connectivity wise, it is a good locality but in terms of social infrastructure, civic amenities and housing the area is yet to be developed. There are plans to improve the rail connectivity to the area. The planned monorail line between Mahape and Kalyan will pass through the area. Currently, there is also a shortage of drinking water and electricity in Shilphata. If developed properly, these problems too may be resolved.

Hello Roshini ji, The minimum cost of a 1BHK flat will be Rs. 41 lacs excluding. Construction work on Elmore has been finished up-to 36-40% so you have to pay Rs. 2 lakhs at the time of booking and within 45 days 35-40% of the agreement and the rest of the amount equivalent to 60% based on bank loan and your payment schedule.
They have all the necessary approvals like IOD and Commencement Certificate and the construction work is in full pace.
