Looking for some good project in this locality and with some feedback about the same. Please help.

There are only few project coming up in this locality such as Durga Petals, UKN Interlaken, Zonasha Paradiso, My Space Akshaya and Lore Pride.

The region is enveloped by Ashwat Nagar, Mahadevapura, Brookefield, Devasandra and Marathahalli region. The region has easy accessibility to the prime localities of the city. The M.G Road is barely 12.7 km away while Bangalore International Airport Limited & Bangalore City Railway Station is approximately 18 km away. Currently the average selling price going on is Rs 5000

Yeah I have heard about this project which is coming adjacent to Soul Space Arena (Total Mall) on Doddanekundi Outer ring road. This project is approved by all leading banks including SBI. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 81 lakhs on wards
