Q: Hi, I would like to know about the Hill View Villas in Srinagara as i am planning to buy an independant house for me and my family. Can some one please give me the details of this project and other details? Thanks!

The hill View villas really do look promising. They are very well laid out plans and are quite spacious. They come semi furnished too! And they offer many facilities as mentioned, But the possession of these apartments has not started. It apparently starts from April of 2015.

The price of the Hill view Villas starts from 40 lakhs. The area of the villas is starts from 1250 sqft to 1900 sqft. I think the price starts from 40 lakhs if I am not wrong, and goes uptill 50 lakhs for a 1900 sqft house. but if you want to stay somewhere away from the city, then this is the place.

The HIll View Villas sound really good. They only offer 3bhk villas though. The place is pretty scenic and beautiful, giving a magnificent view. You also get many amenities such as a an ATM inside the community and a club house and an indoor stadium among other things. So, if you ask me, it is a very good choice.

The Hill view villas are a great option if you want to move in with your family. These villas are on the foothills of the chamundi hills, A little away from the city. But if you are looking for a place away from the hustle of the city , then the hill view villas area good option.
