They provide rain water harvesting, garden, play area and generator managed 24 hour power backup. All this with thhe plot for 7 to 15 lakhs is a good buy. But make sure you plan on living long term to reap benefits in the future.
There is J P Nagar at 3 kms, the main Sreerampura region at 4 km and Mysore airport around 5 kms. If you have a four wheeler, then it would make sense to buy land here.
I live near RT Nagar and was looking for plots to buy. I enquired at this place. Just figured out that they are selling right now. They have 3 basic plot areas: 1200 sq ft, 1800 sq ft and 4000 sq ft. The best part is they are selling at Rs 550 per sq ft!
You mentioned wanting cheap plots. Sreerampura is a good choice I would say. It is one of the developing regions in terms of real estate. The Midmac Brookefield is projected to have 500 to 1000 units with areas ranging from 1200 -4000 sq ft. Check this link here: http://www.commonfloor.com/midmac-brookefield-mysore/povp-axfavk
Hello people. I recently found out that this project is by Midmac Developers who are new to the city. So they have a lot of competition, maybe that is why this project is outside the city limits. But they have 8 other projects. Must be well planned.
Welcome to Mysore! By the way I don't think it is actually outside the city. Once these plots get their apartment projects, all amenities will be nearby. It is south of Ring Road, yes. But still accessible distance to the heart of city.
It is actually a luxurious project I think. Soon it will go on sale. Most probably next month. It is close to the Mysore Airport and around 53 acres of land. And as it is outside the city, there is a calm about the location.
Midmac is around 4 km from the main Sreerampura region. But if you look at civic amenities, there are quite decent options witin 3 kms. Sri Channakeshava and Nirmala high schools are just across the ring road within 1.5 kms. Chamundipuram Hospital is 1.3 km away.
The price has been increasing in this region. Around 6 to 7 months back when the land stretch was still getting ready, it was 500 or 520 INR per sq ft.
Hey depends when you are reaching. Midmac Brookefield is the one on Manthawadi Road I suppose. The one which is a huge area of barren land visible from the ring road
