The builder himself sells the flat to more than one buyers and there are gangs of gundas who comes and tortures you. The area is very bad. Even the investors who have flats in their names sell it to more than one buyers. There are multiple registration for one single flat in most of the flats in Gaurav Excellency. Ravi Gaurav Excellency by Ravi Group located near G.C.C, Hatkesh Udhyog Nagar, Mira Road, Mumbai, offers 1/2/3 BHK apartments. 1BHK in 700 sq-ft and its price will be Rs. 45.50 lacs onward, 2BHK from 1045-1070 sq-ft and its cost will be around Rs. 67.92 lacs to Rs. 69.55 lacs onward and 3BHK in 1300 sq-ft and its cost is Rs. 84.5o lacs. This project is under construction and expected to complete by December 2015.
Right Shalini, And i have visited the project site and nearby localities. Mira Road has a good civic and social infrastructure. The existing roads are in the process of widening, while the local authority has built a skywalk near the railway station. The locality's drainage system is currently going through a positive change. There is a plan for setting up a new sewage treatment plant in the area as well as increasing water supply and upgrading the storm-water drain systems. There are also plans of slum treatment in the area.
Praveen, We are not fools to through money just like that, we were cheated into it, everything went smooth till registration until you find out two more people registered for the same flat. How can it be possible if its nothing other than cheating

Even if you check every thing and confirm there is no foul play, still you are going to get cheated. Registration happens to the flat even after it has already been registered.
