Even paying 5000per month maintenance i found my car rear mirror being broken

Q: Request no to go by looks of Spaze Prive Sector 72 flats..the wall quality is so poor that the bolts cant even get fixed into walls because there were no bricks in the walls and my geyser had fallen down on very firs tmonth of posession...secondly car mirror got broken inside their basement parking and no one taking responsibility.

Guys I have just got worst experience of my life living in this society...had occurred a loss of 10000 Rs just living inside my home...People car got hit on road..but my got hit by their own workers but no one taking any responsibility.
Wall Quality is so poor that geyser had fallen down and it has happened in many of the flats.. So as a service class I know how hard it's to earn money and then spending on al these things causes more pain further.
Don't ever think of buying or renting out a flat. You can contact me if u have any doubt over these statements. Can show you live ......
