Important information on Legend Galaxy in Kothapet in Hyderabad

Q: Hey guys, I am from Mysore and I have to shift to Hyderabad next year
with my spouse. I was thinking of taking up and apartment in Kothapet.
The Legend Galaxy seems to be a good option. Can anybody shed some light
on this and give me a few moe details?

If you ask me, this is the righht time to go and invest in this apartment. The real estate in hyderabad is set to go up and good residential areas like kothapet will be a very good investemnt option. this area also has many good schools like the Sri Sai public school and the Springdale academy, dilsukhnagar public school and hospitals like OMNI and Shahshi hospitals.

Hii, I have heard about this project and it looks good. the area of the 2 bhk apartment 1250 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartments are around 2000 sq ft. So they seem pretty spacious too. The price starts at around 50 lakhs to rupees 80 lakhs.

I think the price in this Legend Galaxy is at around 3,900 rupees per s ft . It may seem a little costly, but kothapet is a good locality and is close to the center of the city, So overall the locality is also good.

Hey, thats a good option you have got there. Legend Galaxy is offering a lot of units for sale like 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments with different area to choose from. I think they are constructing around 80 or 85 apartments in two blocks. they have the approval of GHMC too, And you can get a bank approval from LIC. so im sure that u wont have to worrry about any legal issues too. :)

Yes, and you need not worry about the amenties and facilities too! They are providing many amenities like swimming pool, a play area for children, constant security and a club house. The surroundings of this project are also really very calm and peaceful!
